Seeing Christ in the Passover will deepen your understanding of communion and give you an experience you will never forget. The traditional Passover Seder meal, will show the link between the ancient Festival of Redemption and Christ as the Lamb of God. This 90-minute interactive presentation and meal will be facilitated by Emmanuel Mebasser, with Jews for Jesus. Emmanuel was born in Tehran, Iran and is a 4th-generation Jewish believer in Jesus.
This powerful dinner event will help you discover the link between the Jewish Feast of Passover and the last supper Jesus shared with His Disciples. This is an exploration of the beautiful symbolism of the Jewish ceremonial meal called a Seder. Emmanuel Mebasser will weave the story of the exodus and freedom from slavery together with the messianic hope realized in Jesus' life, death, and resurrection. The words "do this in remembrance of me" will take on an even deeper meaning to Christians as we learn the significance of and fully participate in the tradition Jesus observed the night before he died and will give us a closer look at the very Jewish life he led.
